待办与笔记：从「记下来」到「做完」最短的一条链To-dos & notes: the shortest path from “write it down” to “done”

「今天」面板The Today panel

触控板双指从左缘向右划，或按 ⌥`，面板从左侧滑入，不抢焦点。上面是待办，下面是笔记，已完成折叠在底部。Swipe right from the left edge with two fingers, or press ⌥`, and the panel slides in without taking focus. To-dos on top, notes below, completed items folded at the bottom.

• 点圆圈或 Space 完成，⌘↩ 开始 / 放回待处理，⚑ 标记重要，拖动排序Click the circle or press Space to complete, ⌘↩ to start or put back, ⚑ to flag, drag to reorder
• 在面板任何输入框按住 Fn 说话，语音直接进笔记或待办Hold Fn in any field of the panel and speech goes straight into a note or to-do
• 进行中的待办按 ⌃⌥F 直接开始专注Press ⌃⌥F on a to-do to start a Focus round on it

三个快捷键，不用打开面板Three hotkeys, no panel needed

• ⌃⌥N 新笔记：一张空便签立刻出现在桌面空位，光标在正文New note: an empty sticky appears in a free spot on the desktop, cursor ready
• ⌃⌥⇧N 选中文字 → 笔记：原文进便签，光标在末尾方便批注Selected text → note: the text goes into a sticky with the cursor at the end for annotations
• ⌃⌥T 选中文字 → 待办：第一行成为标题，多余的内容存为关联笔记；右上角小回执，5 秒内可撤销Selected text → to-do: the first line becomes the title, the rest becomes an attached note; a small receipt lets you undo for 5 seconds

这三个都在本机完成，不联网、不耗 Credit、不用登录。All three run on your Mac: no network, no credits, no sign-in.

便签钉在桌面上Sticky notes on the desktop

📌 把一条笔记钉到屏幕右上角，可以直接编辑、拖动、调大小；多张便签自动排成一列。取消钉住就回到面板。📌 pins a note to the top right of the screen, where you can edit, drag and resize it; several stickies stack in a column. Unpin and it returns to the panel.

笔记 → 待办 → 助理Note → to-do → assistant

• 「转为待办」（⌘↩）：一条笔记变一条待办，笔记挂在下面“Convert to to-do” (⌘↩): one note becomes one to-do, with the note attached
• 「✨ AI 拆成待办」（⇧⌘↩，登录后可用，花 Credit）：一段会议纪要变成 1–8 条待办，原笔记保留，整批可撤销“✨ Split with AI” (⇧⌘↩, signed in, uses credits): meeting notes become 1–8 to-dos, the original note stays, and the whole batch can be undone
• 选中一条待办按 Tab：把标题和笔记带进助理，接着聊。这条待办会记住这段对话，下次 Tab 直接回来Press Tab on a to-do to bring its title and note into the assistant and keep talking. The to-do remembers that conversation, so the next Tab returns to it
