KeyFlow（「本软件」）由 KeyFlow（「我们」）（法律主体：待律师审阅时填写）提供。本条款适用于 KeyFlow macOS 应用、本网站 usekeyflow.app，以及相关的账户、订阅、Credit、同步和邀请服务。下载、安装或使用 KeyFlow，即表示你同意本条款和隐私政策。
1. 账户与试用
- 使用 KeyFlow 需要登录账户。你需要提供真实可用的邮箱，并对账户下的活动负责。
- 试用：每个新账户首次登录时开始 14 天免费试用，包含全部功能和 300 Credit，不需要绑卡，试用结束不会自动扣费。试用 Credit 在试用结束时作废。每台 Mac 只能领取一次试用 Credit：同一台 Mac 上的其他账户可以试用功能，但没有试用 Credit。
- 试用或订阅结束后：KeyFlow 停止工作（例如 Caps Lock 改键被清除、隐藏的菜单栏图标恢复显示、快捷键、AI、语音和同步停止）。你的设置和本机数据会保留，笔记和待办可以导出；订阅后恢复。
- 你必须年满 16 岁，或达到你所在地法律要求的更高年龄。
2. 订阅与付款
我们的订单由在线经销商 Paddle.com 处理。Paddle.com 是所有订单的记录商户（Merchant of Record），负责客户服务咨询和退货处理。
- KeyFlow Pro 只以订阅方式出售：月付（$9.99 / 月）或年付（$99 / 年）；中国大陆价格为 ¥58 / 月、¥588 / 年。实际价格以结账页为准，可能因地区和税费不同。
- 订阅会自动续费，按当时的价格每月或每年扣款，直到你取消。价格调整会在续费前通过邮件通知你。
- 取消：随时可以在 App「设置 › 账户 › 管理订阅」或 Paddle 收据邮件里的链接中取消。已付费的周期结束前照常使用，之后不再扣费。
- 扣款失败时，Paddle 会在一段时间内重试，期间你可以继续使用；重试仍失败则订阅结束。
3. Credit
- Credit 是 KeyFlow 内计算 AI 用量的单位（$1 = 100 Credit 仅用于说明价值），不是货币，没有现金价值，不能兑现、转让、出售或在账户之间共享。
- 订阅期间每月发放 1,000 Credit（年付也按月发放），不结转，在该月周期结束时作废。
- Credit 包只有订阅有效时才能购买和使用，有效期从购买日起算（60、60、90 或 180 天，以购买时显示为准），先到期的先扣。订阅停止后包里剩下的 Credit 冻结，到期日不顺延；到期前续订即可继续使用。
- 每个动作消耗多少 Credit 写在价格页和 App 里。我们可能调整单价，调整前会在 App 或网站上公布，调整只影响之后的使用。失败的请求会退回预扣的 Credit。
- 为了控制成本和防止滥用，在用量异常大时我们可能把请求切换到成本较低的模型，或对语音等不计 Credit 的功能设置合理使用上限。
4. 退款
见退款政策：首次购买和年付续费 14 天内全额退款。
5. 授权与设备
- 我们授予你个人的、不可转让的、非独占的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Mac 上使用 KeyFlow。每个账户最多同时在 3 台 Mac 上使用。
- License Key 只供购买者本人使用，不得转售、公开，或用于绕过设备上限。如果一个授权在短时间内出现异常多的新激活，我们可能暂停新激活并联系你。
- App 会定期在线刷新授权；离线时授权在有限时间内继续有效。
6. 邀请计划
- 通过邀请链接注册的新用户获得 14 天试用，并可在试用期内及试用结束后 72 小时内以首年 8 折购买年付。
- 被邀请人的首次付款满 14 天且没有退款或拒付后，邀请人获得 1 个月 KeyFlow（有订阅的顺延下次扣款日 30 天），在任意连续 365 天内最多 12 次，超出部分作废。
- 禁止自己邀请自己、批量注册账户、重复使用同一张付款卡及其他滥用。确认滥用的，我们可以撤回奖励并取消邀请资格；被邀请人退款或拒付的，相应奖励可能被扣回。奖励没有现金价值，不能兑换或转让。
7. AI 功能与你的内容
- 你提交给 AI 功能的内容和得到的结果归你所有。你授予我们为提供服务所必需的有限许可，用于处理这些内容并把它们发给我们的服务商（见隐私政策）。
- AI 结果由第三方模型生成，可能不准确、不完整或与他人生成的内容相似。使用前请自行核对，尤其是涉及法律、医疗、财务等重要决定时。
- 你保证你有权提交这些内容，并且不会用 KeyFlow 生成违法、侵权、骚扰、欺诈或违反所用模型服务商使用政策的内容。
8. 合理使用
不得逆向工程、破解或绕过授权和 Credit 检查，不得转售或再分发本软件，不得以自动化方式大量调用我们的服务器接口，不得把 KeyFlow 用于任何违法用途。KeyFlow 需要 macOS 辅助功能权限来响应快捷键和管理窗口，相关数据在你的 Mac 上处理（见隐私政策）。
9. 服务变更
我们会不断改进 KeyFlow，可能增加、修改或停止某些功能，或更换背后的 AI 服务商。如果某项变更显著减少你已付费的服务，我们会提前通知，你可以按退款政策申请退款。
10. 知识产权
KeyFlow 及其全部内容（不包括你的内容）归我们所有。本条款未明确授予的权利均予保留。
11. 免责声明与责任限制
KeyFlow 按「现状」提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接损失、数据丢失或业务中断承担责任，我们的总责任以你在过去 12 个月内为 KeyFlow 支付的金额为限。本条款不影响你依所在地法律享有的消费者权利。
12. 终止
你可以随时在 App 中删除账户。如果你严重违反本条款（包括滥用 Credit 或邀请计划），我们可以暂停或终止你的账户；除法律另有规定外，已用于违规用途的部分不予退款。
13. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款。重大变更会在生效前至少 14 天通过网站或 App 通知。
14. 适用法律
本条款适用卖家所在地的法律，但不影响你所在国家强制性的消费者保护规定。（待律师确认具体法域和争议解决方式。）

KeyFlow Terms of Service

KeyFlow (the "Software") is provided by KeyFlow ("we", "us") (Legal entity: TODO, to be filled in at lawyer review). These terms cover the KeyFlow macOS app, this website (usekeyflow.app), and the related account, subscription, credit, sync and invite services. By downloading, installing or using KeyFlow, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts and the trial
- You need to sign in to use KeyFlow. Use a real email address you can access; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Trial: a new account starts a 14-day free trial on first sign-in, with every feature and 300 credits, no card required, and nothing charged when it ends. Trial credits expire when the trial ends. Each Mac can receive trial credits once: other accounts on the same Mac can try the features but get no trial credits.
- When a trial or subscription ends: KeyFlow stops working (for example, the Caps Lock remap is cleared, hidden menu bar icons come back, and shortcuts, AI, voice and sync stop). Your settings and local data are kept, notes and to-dos can be exported, and everything resumes when you subscribe.
- You must be at least 16, or older if the law where you live requires it.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- KeyFlow Pro is sold as a subscription only: monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($99/year); mainland China prices are ¥58/month and ¥588/year. Prices are as shown at checkout and may vary by region and tax.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year at the then-current price until you cancel. We will email you before any price change takes effect at renewal.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime from Settings › Account › Manage subscription in the app, or from the link in your Paddle receipt email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
- If a payment fails, Paddle retries for a period during which you can keep using KeyFlow; if the retries fail, the subscription ends.
3. Credits
- Credits are KeyFlow's unit for measuring AI usage ("$1 = 100 credits" only describes their value). Credits are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be cashed out, transferred, sold or shared between accounts.
- A subscription includes 1,000 credits each month (yearly plans too, delivered monthly). Monthly credits do not roll over and expire at the end of that month's period.
- Credit packs can be bought and used only while your subscription is active. A pack is valid from the day you buy it (60, 60, 90 or 180 days, as shown at purchase), and the earliest-expiring credits are spent first. If your subscription stops, the credits left in a pack are frozen and the expiry date does not move; resubscribe before it expires to use them again.
- How many credits each action uses is listed on the pricing page and in the app. We may change these prices; we will publish changes in the app or on the website first, and they apply only to later use. Credits held for a request that fails are returned.
- To control costs and prevent abuse, we may route unusually heavy use to lower-cost models, and apply fair-use limits to features that use no credits, such as voice input.
4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy: a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase and of a yearly renewal.
5. License and devices
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use KeyFlow on Macs you own or control. Each account can be active on up to 3 Macs at a time.
- License keys are for the purchaser only. You may not resell or publish them, or use them to get around the device limit. If a license shows an unusual number of new activations in a short time, we may pause new activations and contact you.
- The app refreshes its license online from time to time; offline, a license keeps working for a limited period.
6. Invite program
- New customers who sign up through an invite link get the 14-day trial, plus 20% off their first year on the yearly plan if they buy during the trial or within 72 hours after it ends.
- Once an invitee's first payment is 14 days old and has not been refunded or charged back, the inviter gets one month of KeyFlow (for subscribers, by pushing the next billing date back 30 days), up to 12 rewards in any rolling 365 days; rewards beyond that are forfeited.
- Self-invites, mass account creation, reusing the same payment card and other abuse are not allowed. Confirmed abuse can lead to rewards being revoked and invite eligibility being removed; if an invitee refunds or charges back, the related reward may be taken back. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
7. AI features and your content
- You own the content you submit to AI features and the results you receive. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content and send it to our providers to run the service (see the Privacy Policy).
- AI results are produced by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. Check results before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or other important decisions.
- You confirm you have the right to submit your content, and you will not use KeyFlow to create content that is illegal, infringing, harassing or fraudulent, or that breaks the usage policies of the model providers involved.
8. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, crack or bypass license or credit checks, resell or redistribute the Software, call our server APIs in bulk through automation, or use KeyFlow for anything illegal. KeyFlow needs the macOS Accessibility permission to respond to shortcuts and manage windows; that data is processed on your Mac (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Changes to the service
We keep improving KeyFlow and may add, change or retire features, or change the AI providers behind them. If a change materially reduces a service you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may ask for a refund under the Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual property
KeyFlow and all of its content (other than your content) belong to us. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
11. Disclaimer and liability
KeyFlow is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for KeyFlow in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
12. Termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously breach these terms (including abuse of credits or the invite program); unless the law requires otherwise, amounts used in breach are not refunded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on the website or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. (Jurisdiction and dispute resolution to be confirmed by a lawyer.)
