账号与登录Account & sign-in

「设置 › 账户」里输入邮箱，我们发一封邮件，里面有 6 位验证码和一个链接。在 Mac 上输入验证码即可；如果邮件在手机上打开，也用验证码。也可以选「使用 Google 登录」，只获取你的邮箱。Enter your email under Settings › Account. We send one email with a 6-digit code and a link. Type the code on your Mac; if you opened the email on your phone, use the code too. Or choose “Sign in with Google”, which shares only your email address.

看看垃圾邮件，发件人是 hello@usekeyflow.app。一分钟后可以重新发送。邮件有时会延迟一两分钟。Check spam; the sender is hello@usekeyflow.app. You can resend after a minute. Mail is occasionally delayed a minute or two.

每个账户自动开始一次 14 天免费试用，包含全部功能和 300 Credit。不绑卡，到期不扣费。这台 Mac 会出现在「账户 › 设备」里。Each account starts one 14-day free trial with every feature and 300 credits. No card, no charge when it ends. This Mac appears under Account › Devices.

「账户 › 退出登录」。本机的待办、笔记、记忆等默认保留。云同步（即将推出）推出后，退出时可以勾选「同时移除这台 Mac 上已同步的数据」。Account › Sign out. To-dos, notes, memory and so on stay on this Mac by default. Once cloud sync arrives (coming at launch), the sign-out dialog offers a checkbox to also remove synced data from this Mac.

KeyFlow 会停止工作：Caps Lock 恢复默认，隐藏的菜单栏图标回来，快捷键失效。设置和本机数据都保留，笔记和待办可以导出为 Markdown；订阅后立即恢复。每个账户只有一次试用，重装不会重置。KeyFlow stops working: Caps Lock returns to default, hidden menu bar icons come back and shortcuts stop. Your settings and local data are kept, notes and to-dos can be exported as Markdown, and subscribing restores everything at once. One trial per account; reinstalling doesn't reset it.

「账户 › 升级」打开 Paddle 结账页（网页）。之后的改档、更新付款方式、取消续费都在「账户 › 管理订阅」（Paddle 客户门户）或收据邮件里的链接。取消后已付周期结束前 Pro 仍可用。Account › Upgrade opens the Paddle checkout in your browser. Plan changes, payment methods and cancelling renewals are under Account › Manage subscription (the Paddle customer portal) or the link in your receipt. After cancelling, Pro stays until the end of the paid period.

用结账时的邮箱登录 App 即可自动获得 Pro。我们也会发一封邮件，里面有 License Key，没登录也能激活（受同样的设备数限制）。Sign in to the app with the email you used at checkout and Pro is applied automatically. We also email a license key that activates without signing in, under the same device limit.

Pro 会先在这台 Mac 上生效。要在其他 Mac 上用，输入发到付款邮箱的验证码认领，或者用该邮箱正常登录。Pro takes effect on this Mac right away. To use it elsewhere, enter the code sent to your purchase email to claim it, or simply sign in with that email.

一个账户最多 3 台活跃 Mac。超出时会列出现有设备让你选一台移除，不会静默踢掉。60 天没打开过 KeyFlow 的 Mac 自动释放名额。Up to 3 active Macs per account. At the limit you're shown the list and pick one to remove; nothing is kicked off silently. A Mac that hasn't opened KeyFlow in 60 days frees its slot automatically.

它上面的 KeyFlow 停止工作，本机数据保留。在那台 Mac 上重新登录，或者在另一台 Mac 的设备列表里点「恢复」，就能回来。KeyFlow stops working there; its local data stays. Sign in again on that Mac, or click “Restore” next to it on another Mac's device list, and it's back.

形如 KF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX 的备用凭证，和账号指向同一份授权。在「账户」页可以查看和重新生成（旧 Key 立即失效）。Key 泄露了就重新生成一次。A fallback credential shaped like KF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX that points at the same entitlement as your account. View or regenerate it on the Account page (the old key stops working at once). If a key leaks, regenerate it.

「账户 › 邀请」有你的链接和二维码。朋友通过链接加入：14 天试用，另加年付首年 8 折（试用期间和结束后 72 小时内有效）。朋友首次付款满 14 天且未退款后，你获得 1 个月 Pro；每年最多 12 次奖励。邀请记录里朋友以匿名方式显示。Account › Invite shows your link and QR code. Friends who join through it get a 14-day trial and 20% off the first year of the yearly plan (valid during the trial and for 72 hours after it). You get 1 month of Pro once a friend's first payment is 14 days old and not refunded, up to 12 rewards per year. Invite history shows friends anonymously.

「账户 › 删除账号」。我们会取消订阅续费、吊销 License Key，删除账号、设备、邀请码和同步数据。订单记录按税务法规保留，但与账号解除关联。此操作不能撤销。本机数据不受影响。Account › Delete account. We cancel renewals, revoke license keys, and delete your account, devices, invite codes and synced data. Order records are kept as tax law requires but unlinked from you. This can't be undone. Data on your Mac is untouched.
